Someday, it would be a great scientific finding to explain how someone with no brains, no common sense, could become the President of these United States of AMERICA. Anyone with an iota of a brain would never entertain any thought of such a law to start with. No self respecting game warden will try to enforce it anyway. Give a man FISH and he becomes the President of the once freeest nation in the world. Should have given him a brain.
