She's probably a good kid but she got stupid with drugs. Under the influence, they played some kinky game with a knife and something bad happened. Maybe they meant to just scare Kercher but mishandled the knife and/or Kercher made a sudden movement. Bam. Dead. Bad things happen with drugs. Good kid ended up unintentionally killing someone.

Involuntary manslaughter. Give her 2 years. Thus, if she gets out now, it'll all work out, time-wise.

But I have to ask: Who edited this video? What is the relevance of the close-up of a yellow pedestrian sign? Then there’s the great shot of someone playing with their smart phone. And then the informative shot of mailboxes. Sheesh. Spare us the artsy video crap.

Also, hey, Lindsay, I think you should get a reward for the longest blink in history at 1:45 left to go in the video.

And the woman yelling “I want my son!!” needs to STFU. The police have enough to deal with.

Oh, and, no, it wasn't a miracle. A police officer took aim and shot. Bam. It's called training. And the dead guy missed. Nothing miraculous occurred.
