Somebody -- can't remember who, but I think it was Spike Lee - already predicted that at the time of the Immaculation of The Dear Leader.

How does someone die of natural causes at 42? This is so horrible! Here's hoping that his valuable work will live on through his associates here at big________.com.

God bless his family.

Loved the Indiana Jones reference alluding to the billionaire collector. :-)

I stopped listening during the summer of 2008 when I started wanting to kill myself every day after his show was over.

I saw it a couple decades ago and enjoyed it. As a matter of fact, it was on TCM again in the past few weeks and I DVRed it to watch again, but I haven't gotten to it yet. As I remember it, it was very touching, and the man who played the dying Scotsman was excellent.

I just finally saw "King's Row" last Fall. It was a dark and stunning picture -- pretty ahead of it's time for the topics it covered, at least by inferrence. (Specifically the incest.) Reagan's role was handled VERY well. He was a MUCH better actor than he was given credit for.

This SUCKS! I wanted to go see the movie and was HOPING that they would not screw it up with some stupid love story (as happened with the otherwise good "Flyboys.") But, nooooooooooooooooooo! I wanted my husband to make this our date movie for my birthday this month, but if they are going to screw up a perfectly good historical action movie with something that unnecessary, I'll wait until it comes on a movie channel later in the year.

Bummer.

I would LOVE to see that! Since he played such a prominent role in Amity Schlaes "The Forgotten Man" I've had a great curiosity about him.

I think that the fact that the three current frontrunners are Mitt, Newt and Crazy Uncle Ronnie (shudder) is a LARGE reason for my current state of depression leading into the Christmas holiday. I LIKE Rick Perry and would VERY much like him to emerge from the pack, but I'm giving up hope. And if it turns out the BE Crazy Uncle Ronnie, I will have to abandon ALL hope.

That will make two elections in a row where my favored candidate(s) have been eliminated prematurely in favor of ... well ... CRAP.
