I have never talked about it with any one other than the doc. Others would not be so quick to criticize if they knew. I am sure there are others like us. Also for the naysayer's, cannabis has been tested and being suggested for patients with PTSD.

Cannabis works. I still have dreams, but even when I try to remember them I generally don't or can't. Going on four years of good, restful nights of sleep!

Don't know why you got thumbs down? MJ was recommended to me by an MD (not a "green" doctor) to help lessen violent nightmares. It worked. Now I just worry about going to jail... :(

Sounds like he doesn't appreciate the competition from Bruce! I hope not. It would've been a good thing for him to come to camp and be a leader, not a become a dissenter. Come on Chris...You're getting too old for a long contract, but you sure could help guide Bruce for a better future.

As a retired tug captain (with a few too many SAR's) I must say I really like that definition of a superior sailor. I can't believe how many "sailors" don't know about "heaving to". It sounds like this was right opportunity for use of this manuver to take a break and refocus. Good job, as usual, Coasties.

Wow! Terrible mileage for a small car like the Versa. I get that with my 14 year old lexus with a V-8! Without the air conditioning on it pushes up towards 29 MPG highway. Regular combined driving is 23-24 MPG. At least that is what my onboard computer tells me anyway!
