@Hyder, Click on "Account" in the upper right, then drag the drop down to "Edit Friends." Do a quick search for the list you want to delete, then just hit "Delete List"

@Michael - They shouldn't be able to see exactly which list they are on. However, they might just see a severe lack of wall posts (while others would be seeing the posts). One thing that you can do to combat this is to change the "Posts by Me" section in your "Privacy Settings" and simply disallowing them to see anything at all that you post!
