Great idea, ericsanford. Lets do it for all of Congress- putting the reclaimed finances in the treasury to buy back all the notes on spending China has bought. Lets get the assets as well and leave them as they have left the retirees of the nation. While at it, make a law that tax cheats cannot hold elected or appointed positions.

Curious about that Hawaii birth record... it has no seal or defining state mark. Why? Curious that Obama spent over $800K to stop legal moves about his citizenship. WHY? Also curious is his father's citizenship and the fact that Kenya claims he was born there of a Kenyan nationalist and hold him as a favored son of that nation, now socialist by force of arms. Why do they see him as such? When Romney was challenged because he was not born on sovereign soil the court refused the challenge because BOTH of his parents were US citizens. No where has the challenge come against a man when one of his parents citizenship is in question. Also, Chavez is de facto "ruler for life" of Venezuela. What true conservatives want, my friend, is honesty and integrity in their leadership. Obama has show neither in his actions- secret letters to Russia, making "vote for me" lies, being tied to Fannie Mae as a recipient of funds, etc.

Don't sign up for the Militia. By defn of the 2nd Amendment the "well regulated militia (military) belongs to the govt. Sign up with WE the People, who are the sovereigns of this nation.

Not "vote their conscience," but "vote the will of the People."

If Treason is seen as "giving or delivering up, (1)" or a "betrayal of or neglect of duty in word or deed, (1)" of a subject (2) against a sovereign (3), then Treason has happened. But Congress will claim it has precedence to say and do whatever it will, with impunity, in the halls of Congress (4) and so pit the Constitution against itself. I suggest caution in your proceedings and a good legal representation as this will in fact go to the Supreme Court.

JUST REMEMBER WHO IS SERVANT AND WHO IS SOVEREIGN!!!!
