Reggie White was a defensive lineman, by definition he couldn't blitz. It is the linebackers and DBs that blitz. You are clearly ignorant as to what a football blitz is.
I have tried playing football, (High School Provincial Champs '92), and I've blitzed on many occasions.

Blitzing in football is a speed based attack. The plan is to run through the hole before the blockers can close it.
