I wouldn't worry about that. There's no way in hell the US Military is going to defend the arrogant Negger-in-Chief against the American People.

This what the Constitution actually says:

"New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress."

My guess is that there would be a lot of support for this in the US Congress, particularly among Republicans and other REAL Americans.

As for the Land of Fruits and Nuts, that is another story. I don't know enough about the situation out there, but perhaps they can find a way to pull it off. If they do, it will mean the death of the Democrudic Party.
