Leave it to liberals to find loop-holes and damn the citizenry.
I, too, am convinced of 'The Triad's' evil doings. Their brains are locked in a 'win at all cost' mode and the only way to win this 'war' is by patience and fortitude from conservatives. Being from Texas, I like sayings and right now I keep saying 'Right beats might every time', so I think I'll keep that thought for now.
Thank you David for your help.....GarlandAngel

Thanks Hanzo....I guess my 'feeling' now is it sounds like the remedy is worse than the ailment, ie: trying to repeal the 17th would perhaps allow for the liberals to screw with other things in our constitution, which literally scares the hell out of me. I believe some states' AGs,including mine (Texas), are taking this to court. While they have my vote, all I can do right now is pray for their succeeding and pray I will. Again, thank you for your information and patience in my learning......GarlandAngel

Thank you /sarc.. was taught if you can't say something good.........I'm sure you've heard that old saying. Some of us are trying to learn something useful, you sir are just 'the fly in the ointment.' Since you seem to be hard of reading(hearing) I'll say it again....Just GO AWAY!!!

While reading yours and David's posts I continually kept thinking of the Nebraska bribe. While I am far from understanding constitutional law, I could not understand how 49 states had to pay for not only their own Medicaid but for Nebraska's as well.
Is this even legal?
