I found this web site: www.ourcaucus.com

They have a wicked organized plan for addressing our Congress. They've actually removed an incumbent Congressmen with their methods, even though that Congressman spent 6x's more money on their campaign!

They used it specifically in Utah, and now they want to teach the other states how, making it a national effort. I was totally stoked while watching their videos! I couldnt' wait to sign up!

I believe that with efforts like this, Glenn Beck's "Special Interest Group", the tea parties and small group networks, we will enable us to take back our country on many fronts.

Please go check out their web site. It's awesome!

What if a majority rule - as is implied by our "Democracy" - was used instead? However, it would be implemented on a state-by-state basis. Win the majority of one state, and you win that state. Win the majority of all the states, and you win the election.

This, then, implies that you are not one who would agree with our point of view, as you do not agree with at least 7 of the 9 principles. That is fine. No insults or angry comments will be necessary. However, you should be aware that you will find a great deal of voters here who will disagree with your version of what America should be.

What a great idea this was! See how these principles have brought us together, and distinguished one voter type from the other, preventing useless debate and the inevitable pounding of sand.

Thank you Glenn! God bless you!

I hope you are all reading these posts. Although I'd like to call each and every one of you a genius, it's really just a matter of "Common Sense". Yet, our elected officials seem to have absolutely no clue as to how to achieve what is so obvious. Here we are, solving every issue that faces our nation, and it took nothing more than basic sense.

It's not even that our Congressmen are incompetent; they are traitors! Their actions are of intent, not ignorance!

Oh! And abolish the foolish standard of "Politically Correct"!

Abolish the Electoral College! The President should be voted in by a majority, not by big cities, and not by only a few states!

At the very LEAST, their salary and benefits should not extend beyond their term limits. No more Congressman? No more Pay!

I don't believe the Flat Tax in referrence here works the way you've stated. This Flat Tax is a sales tax on all things purchased. You'd be paying a percentage on the sale price, not on your income.

I agree, a Flat Tax based on your income would be harder on some more than others, and would not be rewarding to the achiever. However, the Flat "sales" Tax would tax everyone equally, even illegal aliens!

But as I stated above, I'd like to see a major cut in government to reduce that huge 25% sales tax on everything I buy!

I like the Flat Tax, but the 25% hike in living expenses seems pretty steep to me. However, if government spending were reduced by 50%, then perhaps the Flat Tax wouldn't have to be so high. Then I'd vote for it.

Only 10%?! How about 50%! Don't say it can't be done. There's plenty of useless government to make up for 50% - especially now!

I love the idea of term limits, but I think your limits are not strict enough. 2 terms - 4 years. That's plenty! Although, I could see the sense in arguing for 8 (since that would equal any president's limit), but that would be the absolute max!

Abolish government pension plans all together.

Your ideas are awesome! In fact, there are so many awesome ideas on this page! Its outrageous!
