They have been living with the biological mother until Clark County removed them earlier this year. There were 6 children in the home total when all this finally broke out in the open. You had the 2 twins (adopted by Sandy Weller) you had Jeff's 2 biological children (my 2 nephews discussed in this story) and you had Sandy's 2 children. I wish it would have never come to this and someone would have listened to the family's that have reported abuse over the years. Now about the grandmother (my mother) and the family. My family has repeatedly contacted CPS and we have always been told "we will look into it". Until you sit through the court proceedings, sift through the mountains of paperwork yourself, cried when talking to you nephews because your hands are tied because of the system, and watched and listened to the kids come home from Jeff's house and beg not to go back, you should refrain from making uneducated statements you truly know nothing about. My family has been fighting this abusive, controlling, manipulative monster for almost 10 years. We have seen what him and his wife are capable of and if you want to lay blame start pointing at Clark County. Just recently they took my two younger nephews and put them in Jeff Wellers home. Hmmm interesting point of view reminds me alot of what Jeff Weller has said on many occasions about our family. So since you gave your uneducated opinion let me go ahead and educate you. First..my mother the dumb old b*itch as you put it is one of the most loving and caring people i have ever met. Not only has she done everything for the boys that the law would allow she has also on many occasions went above and beyond that. She contacted a state representative to get involved, she has been in contact with CPS, Counselors, police and many other people over the years trying to raise concerns about abuse mental and physical at the wellers home, my grandmother has testified in court on child abuse in the home. I myself have contacted the media, CPS, and have called the child abuse hotlines. My sister has raised concerns in the same ways plus various lawyers and other outlets she could use. This has been going on for almost 10 years. So for you to make a snap judgement on my family goes to show that you truly have no idea whats happening in the real world and don't care about the truth only spreading deceitful and despicable comments on a single story that just barely brushes the surface. The other option could be you are a sympathizer of a child abuser and if that's the case well then i hope you rot in hell.
Lizz I really hope that what can be taken away from atrocities that have been exposed is a reform in the way that the State and County will overhaul the way that child abuse is viewed in Washington State. Everyone like to talk about how horrible it is but until something like this or worse happens it seems to me that mainstream media and the Elected officials in the State have always brushed it under the rug. I truly hope and pray that everything works out in your case and it does not escalate link in this case.

My sister even refused to take the boys at one point to Jeffs house and was told she would go to jail if she did not return them. Yes i can verify that there have been multiple calls by family members of the other children in the home over the last 8-9 years. Clark County had done very little up to this point to provide a safe place for all of the "Weller" children. Thank god its finally over for the kids.
Actually all the other children are either in protective custody or with their other parent and are in a safe place.
What I was trying to convey is over the last 9 years the family has been reporting the Wellers to CPS for various child abuse. Clark County has turned a blind eye until now. I know this because I myself have seen the effects of the Wellers child abuse on 2 of their other children. But still the Court System removed two other kids from their biological mother within the last 2 months and awarded custody to the father based on Lies from a Gal who said the fathers house was safe. These two monsters have a way of tangling the truth so much that the lines blurr. Also this is just the tip of the Iceburg on the type and amount of abuse that goes on in that household. As Jeff said "his house, his property", thats his philosophy. I have known the man for more than 10 years and have never trusted him.....especially not with my children.
