Well Gobind even the kidnappers in Sulu has upgraded? Outsource to a organization (so call welfare) but cant be reveal, so the ransom money has paid to this legal organization philipines , inform kidnappers to release 4 sarawakians It seems that way is legal in a way that Govt of Malaysia don't deal with kidnappers ..
