I have the same questions as you. Where are the challenges to these takeovers? Why is no one challenging them in court? Gee, could it be the courts are in on this, too? There has to be a way to stop this nonsense, but HOW? Anyone out there know?
Check out a site called foundersvalues.com They're planning a big rally in Washington on Sept 12th. Maybe we can get enough people there to make a difference this time since we were basically dismissed by everyone but Fox News with the Tea Parties.
I haven't seen the evidence you're talking about but, if it does exist and is growing, I sure hope this nightmare can be dissolved ASAP. I don't believe he was born in Hawaii, either. I believe he was born in Kenya and only moved to Hawaii when he was around 7 or 9 years old. I sure hope someone can come up with definitive proof so he can be kicked out and absolutely everything he's signed, made null and void. Maybe then we can all sue him for all the damage he's done to us.
I just returned from attending a Tea Party in Georgetown, DE. The weather was horriffic--cold, rainy and windy- but I estimate there were about 300 people in the tiny circle in the middle of town despite the weather conditions. People who drove by during the protest, honked their horns in support, too. The speakers were all inspiring and motivating and we all sang "God Bless America" at the end of the speeches. It was hard to sing the song and not be moved to tears. This is a fight worth fighting. Let's not let it end here. I also like to add that there were no problems with any kind of aggitators, protesters or hecklers at all. Maybe they realized we're not just a bunch of unhappy rightwing people who only want to complain, but are, instead, a diverse bunch of people who truly believe in what we're saying?

Hurray for them! Just goes to show how badly the government handles things and how wonderfully free enterprise cooperation works! Kudos to those people for taking things into their own hands and DOING something about it! Way to go, people!
I'm attending a Tea Party in Laurel, Delaware on the 15th. There will also be ones in Wilmington, Dover and Georgetown, DE on the same date. If any people come from ACORN or any of the other extreme groups, we will just have to keep our cool and not let them get us riled to the point where violence breaks out. Violence will only feed the ones who think we're all just looking for something to complain about. There is also NO political bias in our group. We don't care what party you're from, we only care about the issue at hand. Nothing will be gained by blaming one side or the other. All of Congress has had a hand in this mess and we, the people, need to straighten it out in a calm, rational manner. Don't feed the extremists --- stay calm and deliberate and show you're tired of being taxed over and over again for absolutely everything. We can't afford anything anymore!!!!!
