As I understand the situation, he checked the carry lasw of the State of New York and found out he could legally carry in the state. However, NYC has its own law forbidding concealed carry even if you have a New York state permit! What rational thinking individual would imagine that a city could pass a law that was in direct violation of their state law?
He did nothing wrong. He didn't do anything to his daughter, just her computer (which he most likely bought for her). He was on his own property, the computer was on the ground so there would be no fear of ricochet and he used hollow-point bullets which would stay inside the computer. I think he did an excellent job. The police would have nothing to charge him with since he was on his own property, shooting at an inanimate object and did not put any person or animal in harms way. Don't forget, this is Texas!
The problem is that impeachment must begin in the House. Although Obama would surely be impeached by the House, he would NEVER be convicted by the Senate under Harry Reid. You would be left with the same outcome as with Clinton - impeached, but not convicted! There are only two possibilities remaining: 1.) Vote Obama and the rest of his corrupt administration out of office in November or 2.) Insure that there is a Republican majority in both the House and the Senate in the event Obama is re-elected (shudder!), thereby guaranteeing impeachment AND conviction!
Kind of reminiscent of Harry's immortal "This war is lost!" quote about Iraq prior to the surge! He is a former pugilist who evidentaly took too many blows to the head and is now suffering from severe dementia! He should be in a nursing home, not the Senate!
You are TOTALLY WRONG in both instances! Romney's health care was designed to work in a particular political sub-division (a state) wheras Obama's was FORCED upon the entire country. Health care is NOT a one-size-fits-all commodity! Bain Capital had NO influence in Obama's illegal takeover of GM and Chrysler. It was a different company with the name of Bain Company (or something similar) that had absolutely nothing to do with Bain Capital! either then or now!
