God forbid someone blame the parents. Must be the school's/teacher's fault! I've only been a parent for 8 years now so I might not necessarily be an authority on parenting but if my child was doing poorly in school than I would take care of it! If we had more committed parents (mom and dad, which I know is now old fashioned) then we wouldn't have such a problem and feel the need to keep dumping money into the public school system. Anyone else feel like this will only enable the "dumbing down" of America?

First of all I would like to say that there is no way he could complete a grammatically correct statement on his own so I sincerely doubt this was a true apology.
