Look for a customer who is passionate about your industry and values your product or service. Another factor is that he or she has a digital presence. This person should be active on social media to some extent so that they are willing and able to share their passion about your brand through digital channels. Hope this is helpful.
If you can produce multiple Social Captains to evangelize your brand, do it! ;) The key is that they are authentic. If they get perceived as promoters, they will not be as well received and it won't be as effective. Thanks for your comment.
