I "politely" disagree with Walter's assessment that this nutbag shooter had no political attachments or motivations. He had previously had interactions with Ms Gifford that not favorable to his twisted sensibilities. Top that with his you tube diatribe that lists "Miem Kampf" and the "Communist Manifesto" on his favorite literature list. That is a leftist influenced mindset and attitude if I ever saw one!

Many will try to claim that Mien Kampf and the Communist Manifesto are exclusionary to each other, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Hitler was a leftist socialist and an admirer of the Communist Manifesto and felt he could improve on it, i.e. Mein Kampf, his party was aptly named the National Socialist Democratic Workers Party, i.e. NAZI.
