Anti-fracking Lisa Morzel from Ft. Collins and Boulder Council Member Suzanne Spiegel forbid their respective communities to share their abundant natural resources for the good of the whole State. But when it is pointed out: that for Ft. Collins, Boulder, Longmont and other non participating cities; it is not fair for the non participating communities to share in the distributed wealth among the contributor communities the ladies resorted to a neo-Marxist strategy which is to shout down those seeking just distribution of the wealth derived from hydrological drilling.

So they want to put nothing into the contributions to the severance tax fund; but they sure want whatever share of the money the State has for their contribution of nothing in return but their animosities. Well, there is a precedence for that in Longmont's sales tax percentage that goes for the so called FasTracks that will never happen before the Colorado and National economy collapses from its severer infection of neo-Marxism. with Longmont's commuters getting the short end of the stick. That isn't bad enough for them, They want the proven defective neo-Marxist agenda implicit in their demands the State Legislature reject the natural law of prosperity.

It is written in Hosea 4:6 ESV "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children."

Who is paying you off, or are you just particularly challenged being a product of the American education system today that is dominated by the Progressives using taxpayer money to dumb down the population? FACT: " Even worse, the United States is ranked 5th in overall global competitiveness, and over two-thirds of the engineers who receive Ph.Ds from our universities are from other countries." Wise up - read http://energyindepth.org/ohio/anti-fracking-activ... and see how they have make you a useful tool for the advancement of the anti-fracking regressive agenda. By the way the wells you see are not fracking as the media would like to have the readers believe which is the process they are bad mouthing. The fracking was done most likely before this subdivision photographed was even built. The media is falling right into the anti-fracking propaganda trap by running one sided stories like this and using this photo to scare the residents and public into believing the political trick.

It is too bad your generation has been short changed in your education by these Professors. See How "'Anti-Fracking Activists Deny Science: Well Integrity" by Steve Everley. You sound like you'd like to be telling the truth but look at the ethics of those making the lies you have been and are being taught right now:

“When you create doubt, no matter how specious your argument is…it doesn’t matter if you go out and say something ridiculous. … The whole purpose is to create inaction and create a feeling that we do not know what is happening when we actually know exactly what’s happening.” – Josh Fox, director of Gasland and Gasland Part II http://energyindepth.org/ohio/anti-fracking-activ...

Wake up Longmont City Council on what Boulder's Countywide Commissioners are doing, and not doing, that negatively effects Longmont's citizens and businesses. The commission is populated with Democrats whose mission is to make local government, local transportation and local businesses and private services for the people of Longmont dysfunctional. They are accomplishing this Progressive Mission by delaying restoration of through traffic on Sunset Street in the heart of inner-city transportation and on County Line Road that, until the flood, carried enormous traffic loads north and south stimulating businesses all along the city's eastern boundary.

The Commissioners used the politically correct, instead of what's good for the welfare of the community standard, see a wise standard employed by another state http://files.dnr.state.mn.us/eco/nongame/projects... to sabotage restoration of through traffic on County line road in a timely manner. Council must go on record with a recorded vote at the next scheduled session demanding these funds be fairly redistributed to include Longmont and these two vital bridges and the work be done ASAP. Not when the City of Boulder and it's surrogates on the BoCo Board of Commissioners think restoration of the flood damaged economy is in the best interests of the City of Boulder's Democrat Party!. Fixing Longmont's downed bridges is in the best interests for free flowing traffic on all major streets and it is past due for Longmont Council to STAND UP TO BOULDER FOR THE PEOPLE OF LONGMONT! Mayor Coombs, please lead from the front timely repair of Longmont's bridges, don't let them talk you into the style of party dysfunction, i.e. :"leading from the rear". That's for followers of donkeys.

Baloney! The Democrats are taking you voters back to the medieval days when government controlled everything you did in your lives including what and how to think. History is repeating itself. Tired of inflation? Tired of gasoline doubling in price since the inauguration of Obama the first time? Do you want to read the truth? Then go to today’s message from the grass roots in Ohio where locals are wising up to this P.T. Barnum Circus type con that is over-reaching in its control over them and hear what they have to say. http://www.toledoblade.com/Energy/2014/01/26/Frac... “Without drilling boom, gas would cost up to 129% more”

Why do you think they are knocking successful people? Why to you think they are dictating wages? It is to take you back to medieval control – that’s where they are regressing too! Give them another year and you will be paying over a thousand a month to heat, light and cool your homes and over $19 for a gallon of gasoline. They will get there by continuing to scare you to death with their lies. Don’t let them get away with it – do you own research and stand up to the liers! In 2012 the public was tricked into voting in a dysfunctional broken message with the Charter Amendment. Reverse it with the truth in 2014 and 2015 elections.

Obviously they are not proud of it being in official records because in their hearts they must know their decision is not representative of the truth and is also totally inconsiderate for the quality of life of Longmont Citizens. Nor was their decision based upon objectivity but in phony safety whitewash as if they were actually concerned about eagles. Eagles are to them just a gate way to accumulating more power for Big Government As proof here is a National Geographic’s camera on an active bald eagle’s nest next to the police firing range in Washington, D.C. http://kstreetmagazine.com/watch-a-local-bald-eag...

The Obama administration announced last Friday that it will grant industrial wind farm operators 30-year permits to kill legally protected bald eagles and golden eagles without fear of legal repercussions. U.S. wind turbines already kill 1.4 million birds and bats each year, including many endangered, threatened and protected species such as California condors, bald eagles and Indiana bats.” http://www.forbes.com/sites/jamestaylor/2013/12/1... Obviously the welfare of the National Bird is not on the hearts and minds of our commissars or maximum supreme leader above the law any more than the quality of life of the citizens they took an oath to support and protect.

Therefore, to protect quality of life for its own Citizens, Longmont City Council has moral responsibility to both sides of County Line Road including the Saint Vrain River Corridor West to N 75th and fill in the lands East all the way to Frederick’s city limit on the Saint Vrain. Then Council would be rid of most in city dual jurisdiction with BoCo.

Autocthrone and YankeeZulu nail BoCo Commissar hypocrisy exposing politics as the sure thing on which the “informal” decision was made. The government bureaucracy in charge of killing economic activities in Boulder County strikes September’s flood victims and Longmont’s economic recover again with perfect timing to stall the two week repair of County Line Road bridge just south of Wal-Mart for at least another year. There is no eagle nest activity in October, November, December, January or February, while they screwed around stalling the repairs pushing off activity until mid-March. What do they care with their guaranteed jobs with guaranteed salaries? Did you know the job stimulus money went primarily to grow government jobs by eleven percent while the economy half that pays their salaries has struggled with the loss of thousands of jobs in the County with the loss of at least another 200 jobs at Amgen; thanks to over regulation by FDA? By stalling this less than a month’s worth of highway work off until mid-March they managed to stall until the start of egg laying & incubation that will last into the end of May. Then it will be hatching time and rearing the young that stretches out into September when the rotation starts all over again with the envelope for construction without bothering them opens again.

So November is open season on job killing bureaucrats and time to vote the parasites on the economy out of office. Voters have a last opportunity to send an important message that jobs have priority over bureaucracy in county government or else they have condemned themselves to MORE of the kind of government they deserve! Meanwhile you can expect traffic to be jammed up downtown while BoCo bureaucrats build cushy new plush offices for themselves on Coffman Street, not to mention higher taxes because fewer people are left with jobs to pay taxes.
