I remember back in the early 1970's when the oil embargo happened and we were told that there was no "magic bullet" to bring gas prices down.....liberal progressive marxists in Congress were telling us then that drilling for oil on our own soil wouldn't solve the problem overnight and it would take 5 to 10 years before we'd feel any impact....fast forward another 40 years down the road and we're still having the same conversation....if we would have adopted an energy policy back then of becoming energy independent, we wouldn't be having the price of gasoline skyrocketing. But, that's what liberal progressive marxists do...they create the problem and the chaos, and sit back on the sidelines and throw their hands up in the air and claim that "there's nothing we can do about it".....unless there's a Republican in the White House, then they can sit back and snipe about how "reckless and irresponsible" their policies are......You gotta admit that we live in bizarre times.
His prediction about winning reelection are about as reliable as his NCAA bracket picks....all losers. The only way he'll be able to pull off a win is if his former chief of staff in Chicago comes up with 90 million dead bodies in the graveyards of Chicago to vote. It's not beyond the realm of possibility.
In Obama's world, this is what he calls "unfair".....so if I'm paying 28% in taxes from earned income, does this mean I pick up the tab for the person not paying their income taxes because they fall under the "threshold" of being labeled "poor"? So I guess the answer is that I should be paying "more of my fair share" because according to Obama, I'm rich and I can afford to "sacrifice" more for the greater good......I'm wondering what the magic number is that would get him off of my back...is it 30%? How about 50%? Let's go ahead and call it 50% of my earned income would be "fair" to Obama.....do you actually think that by paying more in taxes that it's going to make one bit of difference in paying down debt or the government will start tightening their belt and live within their means? Not likely. The more you pay, the more revenue the government takes in, the more they squander it on the "have nots" that don't pay any income tax because they fall under the "unfortunate" label that liberal progressive marxists have created.. This is nothing but slavery reparations through wealth distribution over some perceived "wrong" that happened over 150 years ago.
Unemployment now at 9% and likely to go even higher in the next few months, 45 million Americans on some form of government welfare, 40% unemployment rate for people between the ages of 18 and 28....and the issue the GOP is focusing on is "prenatal health screenings"? You've got to be kidding me. Attack Obama on his record and make him own the economy right now....that's the solution to kicking his can in November but that's lost on these "issues" that keeping getting shoved onto the front page of every newspaper. I can see what's going on here. The media is complicit with the Obama campaign to deflect the conversation about his abysmal record and ruining this nation. Time for the GOP to get their collective act together.
Go ahead and protest all you want, whine all you want, stomp your feet and hold your breath until you turn blue....but nothing will change the fact that your employer, American Airlines, not the union you belong to, is bankrupt. Your union has never cut a paycheck to you. They've never had to balance a budget of a major airline, purchase fuel for airplanes and any of the other mundane jobs that keep an airline running. So, go ahead and protest all you want. If you don't like the work conditions, quit your job and join the other 20+ million other Americans looking for a job. Good luck.
Mr. McCain, no we shouldn't get involved. Let Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Iraq and Iran come to the aid of their fellow "muslims". The only role Washington should play is one of monitoring what's happening.....you idiots in Congress should ignore what's going on because we can't afford it and nothing we do will ever be enough to correct the problem in these sh!thole countries. Sure, it's an international outrage that Syria is killing its own citizens.....but what business is that of ours? Let the islamic savages do what they always do, murder each other and torch everything in sight. Eventually, they run out of people to murder...problem solved.

It's really that simple. You see, the UN climate change scam has failed to attract enough nations to support it so they've got to come up with another scam to extort money out of the "richer" nations in order to keep the money coming in, prostitutes paid and the liquor flowing all the while setting up dummy "humanitarian agencies" to handle the "money" and they get to decide who gets "help" and who doesn't. If you're an islamic despot like Obama's "uncle" in Africa, you'll get millions of dollars to "help the poor" and the money will mysteriously end up in a Swiss bank account and the people will continue to die of starvation or worse yet, being butchered in the name of Allah over some tribal beef. It doesn't matter what we think. They'll impose the tax on all of us and there's nothing you can do to stop it.

That's a fact. What Planned Parenthood does do is butcher human beings while still in a woman's body and remove the cut up parts with a suction hose. I fail to see how a charity, the Susan G. Komen foundation, would have anything to do with death and dismemberment when the very cause is dedicated to finding a cure for breast cancer....you know, like keeping a woman from dying? Kind of ironic, don't you think?
