I've seen women break down in the workplace and start crying I don't know how many times. I've worked in some extrememly stressful environments. I've had a woman come to me basically to express her unhappiness in the situation, seeking comfort. I've been hugged many, many times in the workplace by a woman.

Why is this not considered harrassment? Did I really "want" to comfort a crying woman? Not really. Am I a compassionate person? Yes, very much so.

Makinha- I'd only say that Men "Might" touch you in a way to express control or, dominance......It isn't taboo for women to touch men as my example above. Unless, possibly you come from a Middle Eastern or, Asian background.

I've seen two options first hand. My Sister had an IT career, her husband worked construction. She made A LOT more money than him. My Brother and his wife both are college grads and have high paying jobs. Both brother and sister each have two children roughly the same age. Oldest niece in college, other getting ready to enter.

Stay at home Mom, sisters' kids don't have all the fancy clothes, expensive vacations that brother and full time working wife give.

Stay at home sisters kids do have, scholorships, straight A's in school and are very socially well rounded. Non-stay at home mothers' kids are good kids but, they don't get the good grades, didn't get into the good college, didn't get a scholorship and don't make good life choices so far.

All are wonderful kids but, the stay at home Mom situation is definately a major success although, expensive clothes and vacations had to be sacrificed for living on a construction workers wages..

I'll bet she doesn't have the bag and if she does, any toxins found within the food will not be found in the dog's blood work.

Lots of people have tried to capitolize on this and the companies want TWO very important pieces of evidence. Blood work from the dead animal which has the same toxins found in it as what "might" be found in the bag of food which was fed.

Poisons can be pin pointed.......Nestle' company's lawyers won't let any stone go unturned to protect their name. Hope she's not scamming them because it will cost her dearly if she's just speculating.....Or, if the Rat Terrier may have ingested a mouse which ate poison at the neighbors house then, jumped into her back yard and the terrier ate it.....that is common...

Snoqualmie Ridge was considered the BEST black bear hunting area in the State for many, many years.

Now, build a crap load of houses in that spot, complain about it and want someone to do something? THese are ALL the same people who voted to outlaw hound hunting. I'm very happy all these people now get to see what the outcome of their short sighted voting has done for their precious little neighborhood.

Move back to the city and put your garbage in your garage. EVERY HOUSE HAS A GARAGE. PUT THE CANS in it and get up in the morning to put your cans out. Just because the garbage truck comes early, doesn't give you an excuse not to do it. Because of your poorly planned neighborhood, when bears are captured at your house, the F&W dumps them at mine. So, do like I do, get up at 4am to meet the garbage truck on the road. I do it because of you, now you do it for me!

Touching innapropriately has become hands on someones' shoulders?

I'll venture out and take a guess both of these women are in their late 40's to early 50's, mothers were a first generation of full time workers who did not spend a lot of time in the house, they were latch-key and probably had sitters and was also the first generation who went to daycare.

Just the people from the "sue-happy" generation who bring life to a screaching halt with some sort of plan to litigate everything from hot coffee at McDonalds to a guy giving them a pat on the back....
