To me it says that he's not as bad as people may think he is, that deep down, he's really a good person who perhaps just fell in with the wrong crowd, or didn't realise he had a choice. Am I close?

Just an after thought... Is Triops SUPPOSED to be dressed reminiscent of Charlie Brown? Or was that accidental (as I tend to think that in art, there are no accidents)?
