Please provide some recommendation for specific Television & Internet Service Providers to Switch to that provide good service, reasonable fees and have no Political Axe to grind or pimp. My relatives in USA have Comcast and are unhappy with their service and fees. This maybe their impetus to change carriers, but they need someone good to switch too.

Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated.
