Exactly my point. He isn't working on the "Ryan situation" since he's just a guy who goes to work on Thursdays and spends the rest of the week sitting on his couch and watching Family Guy. He needs to stop bullshitting everyone all the time.

Hogan is working on the Ryan situation the same way he is working on the Jay Lethal situtation. In other words, he's doing nothing, but trying to stall and save face when confronted and hope people forget Ryan.
