I agree with Nattalie ... I like seeing these intermediate sketched comics. They give me more insight in how you're doing them. Rather fun actually.

I'm not certain where to put this comment, so I guess this is as good a place as any. I checked your "links" page, saw that you read PvP (one of my favorites) ... and was intrigued by another title: "From Death Til Now". Now I'm hooked on another web comic! Thanks! (I think ...)

And ... "Legions of Hell"? This does not bode well for Newman and his friends ...

I do like the way the background is very minimalized to help Maria and Tom to stand out better during a very important exchange. It also seems to me to emphasize the "underground" feel of the setting. Like I said earlier Josh, your new style (from the old "Wizard and Snort" comic) has definitely grown on me.

I still think her "ears" (actually fins I suppose) could really hurt in close-in fighting ... so spiny and all. ;-)
