I have boycotted the "Communist News Network" for years, so I don't really care. The people who watch that network will think it makes him one of them, like Bill Clinton and that girl he never had sexual relations with.

if the driver was driving safely, they would never have hit anything or anyone, period. the local leash law is of no consquence other than a local fine potential. The driver is at fault. period. The law, without Justice, is tyranny. this could just as easily been a kid that was hit. Would the insurance company send this letter if their driver had just hit and killed a child. The law is just so much crap without justice.
