Let's just do some math: Average 10 people per day that would use this bridge for transportation needs, other than going to the mall. Amortize the bridge for twenty years, and then do some math. That equates to $137 dollars per person that crosses the bridge.
Do the math another way. Park a taxi cab on the West Side Idling, when and if someone needs to get to the other side, say $10 per trip? That cab could make ONE MILLION trips to the other side.
Your tax dollars in the hands of those that couldn't make a living in the private sector, where every dollar counts.

The data is flawed. The state stopped unemployment for many people and now those people are either living under the viaduct, or they were forced to take employment involving a relocation to another State.
I'm one of those that was at the point of living under the viaduct, yet made the decission to accept a position out of state with a relocation. I was shocked when I arrived to find MANY others from Washington that also relcoated to Arizona at the same company.
I think the State of Washington made a horrible mistake by shutting off the benefits, as many well qualified people (Tax Payers) are leaving to find acceptable employment. Jobs were never created or was there ever a noticable effort by the State to create jobs, only a program to chase people away.

Officer or not, it is wrong and the State Statue clearly defines the law, and the law has been clearly violated with evidence. Ticket the officer!

So yes FX will pay more, because they don't purchase that unique bottle of bourbon by the pallet. It just cracks me up on how the Media and those against this go to the bottom of the VOLUME barrel to find the negatives and then propagate it.
