It is that attitude, EXACTLY, that will drive away millions of those of us who do not have to have the Cross in our hand and a Bible under our arm and a wagging finger in the face of those who think differently than you do. I am "Liberal" but believe what is being done by BOTH PARTIES is horrifying. I did not vote for Obama, and I worked hard to get the votes in Florida counted in the Primaries. THAT TO ME was where MY rights, as an American, we first assaulted in this latest round. I am also gay. I have heard severl self-described gay people call into Glenn and say they WANT to be involved, because they (we) are Americans FIRST, and it is statements like yours that make us run screaming out of the room. You are not in a position to define what this website is or represents. The 9 and 12 do that.

With all due respect, there comes a time when we need to stop TALKING ABOUT GOD, and the existence of God, or the non-existence, and get to work on the drastic and radical change and power grab this group in DC and around the country are doing daily. BOTH PARTIES are doing this, and even if you like to believe that "Conservatives" or "Republicans" are more "Godly" than good Dems or Liberals or Gays or whomever, the fact remains that if we all spent more time to develop strategies and solutions and less time berating the PERSONAL LIVES of each other, we might not be i n this situation at all....

As a friend of mine on another blog said last night - They don't WANT bankruptcy. Bankruptcy, through the courts, makes the records of that company PUBLIC. The companies they want NOW (banks, etc., have a lot of papers and info they the Statists don't want out there, least they themselves become the targets of the "Angry Mobs"

But while we are looking at banks and other quasi-financial institutions, don't forget about Health Care Companies, Defense Companies, Utilities, etc.

Thanks for being here all. I am off to bed. I work long hours - FOR MYSELF! I refuse to participate in this Depression. We are Americans, and as Individuals, we create our own destiny.
