But didn't Carol Burnett win a libel suit? Wouldn't the choice as to which portion of the video gets posted resolve the question of intent in the mind of many jurors looking for a "preponderance" of evidence?

But I'd love her to sue.

No, apparently I was wrong again. PPP is thought of as Democratic-leaning. It's CEO is a Democrat. Terrible terrible numbers.

I stand corrected. Though PPP is considered, like Rasmussen, Republican leaning, those are not good results for Obama. And indeed he does have work to do.

I dont dispute the erosion of support from 08 to now. I'm not defending Obama. But what you mentioned in your previous post were questions the McCain campaign already asked. Obama's victory settled those questions.

We're about to find out whether the Democrats in Congress can keep their majorities. Obama is not campaigning for re-election yet (which is probably not a good strategic choice, frankly). If the 12 general were held today, and his opponent were your best Republican, he'd still win, though. Find me a current poll that says otherwise and I'll admit I'm wrong.

All or nothing. All or nothing. Either all NAACP members are racists, or none of them are. There is no possible truth between the two extremes.

Either-or. Either-or. Either all tea partyers are racists, or zero of them are.

So am I an idiot for thinking maybe there probably ARE racists in both camps, that probably these racists are in the minority and that otherwise most members of these camps probably are in there because they want to do what they think is good for EVERYbody?
