1. I agree on a two-term limit for Senators and a 3-term limit for Representatives (as a Constitutional Amendment)

2. I love the Flat Tax idea, but not as an Amendment. It should be a law.

3. The IRS needs to be held more accountable.

4. An elected official should have a mandatory tax investigation before the start of each term. I am tired of Congress not paying taxes, but we are jailed for the same crime.

5. All Congressional raises should be put into a general election. I am also tired of Congress voting raises for themselves almost every year. No more.

6. A former Congressperson does not keep receiving paychecks after their term is up. They need to find another job and not expect us to pay their bills for life.

UPDATE: I am in no way saying anything against God. I am a Christian and have taken hits for being a Christian. I am just using the term "messiah" to poke fun at the Liberal worship of Obama.

I tried to post a reply earlier and I think it didn't go through so if this is a repeat, just ignore.
I agree. We turned away from God and forgot the values. That's why we're up the creek without a paddle. I think Obama is only a front man for the socialist agenda. I used Pelosi because she has her hand in a lot of the legislature lately. I used the term"messiah" to poke fun at the liberal worship of Obama.
I hope you didn't think that I was speaking against God. I am Christan (and have taken hits for that at one of my colleges).

Most of the posts on here are actual debates, not senseless name-calling. I am grateful to find a site where I can actually speak my mind without fear of someone threatening me. It's a strange sensation.

It seems to me that the extreme left are quick to call out racists, sexists, (insert another -ists). However, they are the first to call anyone who disagrees with their opinions names. Isn't that a type of hypocrisy? They label all conservatives as haters. They think that if a man lives in the Midwest, he must be ignorant. Isn't that a type of prejudice?
And do you notice how often their assemblies for peace become a riot? How often they use violence as a way to protest war?
Honestly, I am tired of their two-faced lies.
I applaud you for sticking to what you believe.
