Well done Italy. No wonder the media loves to castigate Berlusconi with scandals.

Hopefully other European countries will start to follow suite.

Bulgaria has a General Election on Sunday the 5th., and signs are that the nationalist Attaka party will gain at least 10 percent of the vote and again have members in the Bulgarian Parliament. It also looks as though the ruling Socialist (aka Communist) Party will lose office, together with their allies in the Turkish ethnic party, which is rife with corruption, as is so much of Bulgarian politics, unfortunately, within which Attaka is like a breath of fresh air.

If we think things can get bad here take a look at how gangsters are allowed out of prison in Bulgaria because they have managed to get themselves nominated as parliamentary candidates.

Thank God the BNP can see through the lies and distortions put out by the Tory propaganda machine. A brilliant piece of work. I just wish that more people could see this expose.
What a pathetic bunch of liars these Tories are. As if the white British people didn't have enough people who do nothing but slander them already.

That's tremendous news for the Party. And the positive gains in getting more and more people elected into higher office is a great incentive. Each new victory is edging the odds further and further in favour of the BNP.

The Mail is a phoney right-wing paper, overly concerned with minor members of the Royalty, aristocratic nincompoops and "celebs". In other words, highly suited to be the mouthpiece for David Cameron's Tory Party.
Its dumbing down and misrepresentation of the forced marriage issue is appalling.
As for "Mr" Bryant - words fail me, thankfully perhaps.

One of the best pieces of TV journalism I've seen for a long time. It really brought home to me at least the reality of this kind of vicious, blood-thirsty terrorism, especially the interview with the sole surviving terrorist lying in the hospital bed, not to mention how so many of their targets were ordinary, often poor people.

Sarkozy is just trying to steal some of the support for the Front National because his own standing has dropped. He's just another political opportunist with no genuine integrity, just like Gordon Brown with his "British Jobs for British Workers" and "British Homes for British Citizens", neither of which are worth the breath he exhaled to announce them. If Sarkozy was really concerned, he would try to do something about the millions of potential Islamic terrorists resident in France - and still teeming in. There's no point in banning the burka if that just means you are making your country a bigger terrorist target and doing nothing to get rid of the menace.

It's a shame none of our establishment figures, when discussing this issue in public, ever come up with facts like these. But, of course, that would be to admit that what Lord Elgin did was right, which wouldn't do at all in our PC-conscious world!

The Roma have been a European problem for centuries and, by rights, should be one for their "home" countries to solve, not for us to have foisted on us.
The whole fault for this situation must be placed on those politicians in power who have engineered the situation where families of Gypsies have been encouraged to move here. Though it must have been obvious to anyone that groups of Roma moving en masse to somewhere with as delicate a social framework as Belfast was simply asking for trouble. Which may be part of a bigger plan.

This should make it clear to anyone that the BBC cannot be trusted. If they could put out so blatant a lie as this, then why should anyone trust them on whatever else they disseminate?

How its standards have fallen.
