Like the MH370 incident, it appears our government has no mechanism to assess a situation and respond appropriately. I think the attitude was like this this - "yes, the plane is missing, and is a bit late now, I am sure the plane will appear again in the morning, let's wait and see what other thinks of it tomorrow, will check in the morning, I am sure it is nothing serious". the attitude now - "yes, I can see the flood, it happens every year at this time, I am sure there is nothing serious, we will handle it as usual, not need to rush, beside PM is on holidays, we will wait and see, and wait till he return, surely somebody is already doing something."

More simple maths : Pump Price minus Cost Price of Ron95/97 equal to Profit Margin of petrol retailers. Government fixed the pump price. Is this helping the consumers or the retailers?

I honestly think we do not have the technical expertise to do this kind of investigation. And that is the main reason. For example we cannot even built a proper motor car that can compete in the international market, what more to say about aeroplane. And this fact should make us reflect on what we have achieved in the last 50 years. No use talking about sending people into space and we all know the real story. When the real test come, that's where the reality of the circumstances of our nation is exposed.

If Lee has unknowingly used the drug while being treated then the blame should fall on the sports authority and Khairy ministry. Being a high profile athlete, the people in charge should have a mechanism to prevent such things from happening, example regular testing and advisory and counseling support, or what sort of drug should be avoided.

On the other hands, I believe Lee is is a highly competitive person and in a highly competitive environment. Being in that position I believe one would have calculated every aspects and every angles of his sport, including drugs. That is to say, if you are world No.1 or 2, there is no room for mistake, no matter how small it is. And if he says he doesn't know what his doctor is giving him, this would portray the opposite of the attitude of a competitive person.

When you have law like this, situation will became messier. What is the definition of "dressing up like women". Nowadays women wardrobe also consists of clothing that looks like men clothing. Are they also going to punish women who wear like tom boy?. These matters are subjective and there will be no end to it. If the law says muslim men should not wear skirt, does that means he cannot wears a Scottish kilt or a Fijian sulu.

There is no law to prevent a retired judge to go into practice again and it will not be wise to create a law to prohibit it. The issue is not about whether is is fair or not, but about whether this person should be allowed to practice. If the Bar council gave him a practice certificate, surely he would have got through the necessary criteria and qualified. The next question is, but why would a retired man, and who had reached the apex of the judiciary system want to practice again? It is definitely not for the money, unless he didn't see justice in the system and he wanted to have a go again.

World renown university playing this childish game. The management should be ashamed of themselves by dishonouring the university name by lying to the public.
