I'd be tempted to go back in for Anton Ferdinand, he'd be available at a cut price as he's out of favour at Sunderland. Although it has stalled, he showed real potential while he was at West Ham. He's young, talented, has a good deal of experience and never wanted to leave in the first place..... Might be a perfect fit for G&S at the moment.
