The tax payers in Washington raised the tax with their yes vote to privatize alcohol sales. Without having voted yes on this crap law in the first place, there would have been no tax increase. Nobody to blame but the voters who said "YES! PLEASE SCREW ME, BLUE ME AND TATTOO ME! I'M A SUCKER! I'M BENT OVER! COME AND GET IT!"

wouldn't put it past them or the Oregon citizens for that matter. I have seen them crack open their little ol fifth in the parking lot as they hit the road with it. If you have not seen it at least once in your lifetime, you haven't been paying attention.

Bull crap you cannot overdose on THC. Maybe enough in the system it is a miracle they are still awake.
They will sleep the sleep of an angel and awake feeling greatly rested. But it cannot and will not kill them. What a crock. No wonder the judge wouldn't look at the evidence. Come into a court of law with a crack pot idea like that. Miracle the judge didn't laugh all the way to his/her chamber and roll a fatty.
