Thank you. You have echoed my thoughts EXACTLY--including the one about the hair. Regarding your second note--no, these people really do not understand. They are the elitists, and they think they know everything. They don't have a clue about other cultures and other religions. They are more afraid of Christians with a deep faith than they are the radical Islams.

I'm not a Palin fan, but at this point, I would vote for her in a heartbeat!

This is why, when I was single and had opportunities, I never wanted to have an affair with a married man. Because all too often in life, what goes around comes around. Marianne once-upon-a-time once hurt a woman--Newt's first wife. She is no better than he is, and she needs to get over it!

What I wonder . . . and we'll never know, is how much did the philandering take away from their leadership ability? No man or woman can serve two gods!

Gee, Chris, you mean to tell me that you don't get that tingle going up your leg anymore? You're a fool! What did you expect voting for a man who had alot of big words on a teleprompter with absolutely no record (except "present") to back them up? If this man had been a Republican, you would have accused him of being overly ambitious and vetted him thoroughly.

While I do not wish the slaughter of anyone, I have no sympathy for the rebels in Libya. All of Libya rejoiced when 911 occurred--killing 3000 innocent Americans who were merely going about their business. This is their war, and we should let it be--there is absolutely no objective--at least none about which we've been told (I even heard on the news this morning that this is not necessarily about ousting Ghadafi--that it's possible he could remain in power after this is all over). We need to bring our American Troops home, secure our borders and build our military--because in the meantime, China is building a superpower that we can't even comprehend. There is going to come a day in America when we look back on this presidency and deeply regret what we elected (not that McCain would have been any better with domestic social policies). The world is not an arena intended for Obama's playtime--this is serious.

flappdoodle, most all liberals' religion is hate. It's their only reason for getting out of bed in the morning. I know--I grew up with them! What's painful is that even a kid can see this.

TeddyRoosevelt, you are absolutely right about the questions on the census asking us about race; personally I found those questions insulting!

For the life of me, I don't understand. We are supposed to be color blind, but I guess the liberal Democrats are exempt because they are always reminding us of one's color. Case in point--Chris Matthews, who has to remind us that Obama is black after the President's State of the Union Address ("for a moment, I forgot he was black" --as if blacks aren't capable of making a great speech or articulate well?--What did he mean?). Listen, I don't care who is white, who is black or any other color. I simply don't care and I don't know of anyone else who cares. What I care about in an individual are his/her core values, strength of character and in addition when it comes to my elected officials, his/her ideology. That I disagree with a black whose ideology is a far cry different than my own does not make me a racist!!
