I'd rather watch the National Garbage Men Award show. At least they'd be honoring people who work for a living.

"Anyone who runs a business"

You're right. Everyone running a business is bad and you should teach them a lesson. You can start by growing your own food because grocery stores are a business and you wouldn't want to support them.

But make sure you go out and gather seeds by hand because buying them from a garden shop would be wrong too.

But make sure to walk because driving to the countryside to gather seeds would support the automobile and gasoline industries.

And when you till the soil to plant your hand-gathered seeds, make sure you use your hands or a sharp stick because you wouldn't want to use a hoe or shovel made by one of those evil corporations.

Your comment is not only wrong, but a perfect example of blind liberalism. You've bitten on to a liberal talking point "business is bad, businessmen are evil" and you refuse to see things any other way.

I like Wastrels. I invite them to visit my castle and entertain my court...

Actually, Liberals are all about the needs of the few outweighing the needs of the many.

Perfect example: Frisbees and footballs outlawed on Los Angeles coutny beaches. Holes deeper than 18 inches cannot be dug so better keep a close eye on those children playing in the sand.

A FEW people whined and complained and filed their lawsuits and now the MANY of us have to deal with their stupidity.

Liberalism is all about a FEW people thinking they know what's best for everyone and if we would just shut up, put our heads down, and do what we're told, then we'd all be much happier little drones.

Because the majority are poorly written or completely rewrite the backstory for the heroes (Wolverine / X-Men: First Class) or the main character is portrayed by someone that has no business playing them (Nic Cage - Ghostrider / Ben Affleck - Daredevil).

I really don't want to see Hollywood's "take" on the heroes I grew up with. I don't want to see an agenda being pursued (mutants are a metaphor for homosexuality). I'm tired of Hollywood giving us FanFic versions of these heores over and over again.

I want to see them brought to the big screen in full comic book glory. Superman fighting for truth, justice and the AMERICAN way.

I think you meant "villains"

True. But he still involves himself in anti-military projects like "In the Valley of Elah"...

Right up to the point where he opens his mouth and talks about how great islam is and how he's thinking about converting.

So our 'man's man" is all for the subjugating of women, censorship, and killing of infidels?

Poltergeist was only PG-13.

Horror has too long been equated with blood and boobs thanks to Friday the 13th. It is quite possible to make a truly terrifying film without having to resort to having naked women run around throwing out "F-bombs" while being covered in gouts of blood.

Though Hollywood would beg to differ.

I would love to see Ciaphas Cain from the Warhammer 40k series brought to the movie screen.

He's an anti-hero in that he's very focused on his own survival but is continually placed into situations where when push comes to shove, he chooses the hard and selfless action over the selfish.

Also really enjoyed Coriea's "Monster Hunters Int'l". A lot of potential for a series of movies there.
