I, too, am not a Cuban-American; but have been a MB owner for 40 yrs. I sent an email of complaint to MBUSA; and received a "pablum" response. I do think I should black out the MB Star in my grill until such time that I can replace the vehicle with another marque.

I personally feel that Yon needs some psychiatric assistance. His screeds about his personal fights with far too many people have soured me on him; and don't forget that he was thrown out of the military for his actions.

Bring it on. I think, with Dick Morris, that a government shutdown will hurt Obama and the Democrats more than the Republicans. After all, the great majority of folks want spending and deficit reductions.

In 1995 the National Parks did shut down (We were asked to leave Yosemite, as a result.), but that is certainly not a national emergency.

Let's hope the Republicans can grow and keep some Juevos on this.

Minor point. The Veggie Growing Problem was in De Kalb County, GEORGIA - part of metro Atlanta - not North Carolina.
