Congrats HGTV! What an awesome award and accomplishment. Unfortunately I do not live in a smart home, but have dreamt of one and kind of understand the in's and outs. To reach a gold rating the smart house's basic technology infrastructure including the TV and video signals are spread amongst multiple rooms for easy networking and communications capability. This could only mean one thing, AWESOMENESS in every room. I mean, who wouldnt want to be able to control the the tv setting in the kitchen while resting in the guest bedroom? I know I would. You guys continue to amaze me.

This smart house is something like paradise (if ever viewed before).
I can almost feel the water jets in the pool through the picture up above.
Once again HGTV has created an amazing home to giveaway, not to mention some cool gift giveaways.
