We waited for 2 hours before he finally came out and told us that he was being denied entry into the Marine Corp because of high frequency hearing loss caused from rifle shooting. The doctor had even talked to someone at the Pentagon on his behalf stating that this type of hearing loss would have occurred after enrollment in the service anyway. It was all to no avail. They tried the Army, Navy and National Guard with no success. It took almost a year for him to overcome the depression caused by the rejection. So you see, not everything is as it appears. I personally don’t know if Glenn has any issues that kept him out of service. What I do know is, I don’t have the right to question someone publicly or try to shame them.

Dear IraqWarVeteran,

I would like to start by thanking you for your service. Next I would like to tell you a story. I am an army brat and nothing makes me more proud then being American. I was born in Washington DC and love to say that I belong to no state but the entire United States of America. Now for the rest of the story… My son, at 19, decided that he wanted to be a Marine. He took the required physical tests and written tests and passed with flying colors well above average. My husband and I, along with his wife and her parents, went to meet him down at the federal building after his medical exam. We all wanted to be present for the swearing in. He was so excited the night before that he could barely sleep.

And this is the easy stuff...Now we are to trust them with the economy! They have no regard for rules or feelings or law. It's like teenagers have gotten hold of their parents credit card and are running wild pretending to be grownups without the maturity.

Clearly this Whitehouse either doesn't care (Ego) or doesn't know (stupid, woops, inexperience) or both, but they are not representing the office of President or the American People well at all. Between the gift fiscos and Hillary's 'Reset' button misspell, you'd think they would have highly paid people for that, it looks like a High School play of Mr. President!

I know that makes it even worse. You would think he would have staff that would be able to find these things out. I sure hope they made those reset buttons in mass!

Oh, so Kewl...Obama gave the Queen of England an Ipod for a gift when he met with her. They say Bush was an embarrassment! I gave that to my Granddaughter for Christmas "rolls eyes" give me a break. *Points over yonder...we need another reset button over here.
