It's entirely possible that all the Riverrun lords could be helmeted or unfocused extras for the "King in the North" scene, which gets revisited in the first episode of second season as they introduce all the Riverrun lords properly. It would require a little cheating, but would be eminently doable.

Now that you know the lay of the land, ask people AT the production which extra casting agency is the right one to ask and make sure that's the one you bug the most.

For that scene I was thinking something like one of these:
soprano boy
Memorial
from the cook the thief his wife and her lover
Green Bird
Powder
From Bebop
SPOILERS

I particularly like Memorial, because it's awesome as a recurring theme for when "Life goes on after bad stuff happens". Not the music for when the bad thing happens, but the aftermath...I can imagine it after brans fall, after visceris's crowning, after ned's beheading, after the fall of winterfell, after halfhand and Ygritte's passing, after Dany acquires her eunuch army, after the red wedding, after the red viper goes down, after Tywin fails to pass gold...It's first use could be after Gared's beheading, on the way back home before the direwolf discovery.

Just say no to midevil music. Seriously. Yuck. I'd prefer rock or pop to it: even LOTR had a bit of modern sounding ballads in it. Standard scoring all the way, Orchestral and more. Fast percussion for action, soaring strings for passion, soprano boys choir for eerie scenes or violent plot twists. Something akin to the music used (repurposed for) any of the fan made trailers would be just fine.

In a perfect world, every location, house, story arc, and scene type would have it's own theme. That sort of thing makes complicated stories like this one that much easier to keep track of what's going on.

An underdog making his place in the world using only his sword and his wits coming from a nothing background to make his own play for a lordship? A Magnificent Bastard who gets some of the best quips short of Tyrion himself? Nah, I can't see why anyone would like him either.

Alright, this calls for my own reason for disliking jerome for the part. He's got a face like Hugh Laurie or Jon Lithgow: sort of an elongated forehead Scandinavian look. He looks like a comedian rather than a warrior. If they can get him roughed up to look Rutger Hauerish, he may work as a warrior type, but Viking wasn't what I was expecting for Bronn.

What I WAS looking for wasn't Dominic West either, but was in the Ray Stevenson or someone with his look (Vinnie Jones?) camp. Someone who might be cast as a mob guy.

because I'm not sure they can all really get into their characters if they haven't read all 3500 pages, and all the fan plot speculation on westeros. Otherwise, they're just slackers. :P
