Oooh, can you blog a tidbit of what this book will entail?! I would so buy it because I think the so called "midlife crisis" is hitting us younger, at least for those who would dare confess.

I work as an inventory person.
I want to work in the family and marriage profession to encourage teens and couples.

Easy: Forgiving others. I guess being married over a decade and raising a teen has allowed me to exercise that forgiveness muscle.
Hard: To not be conformed to society's laxity (did I use that word correctly?) on issues, some with eternal consequences. Also, how to engage with people... I read your blog frequently & usually want to comment, but delete my comments because the fear of rejection...

And oh, I've worn Crocs due to long work hours AND I support fanny packs especially to seniors... Don't hate me, but I forced my daughter who was in grade school to sport a fanny pack to house her inhaler and meds... Now that she's a teen, she told me that she took that thang off every morning after I dropped her off at school!!!

How does one address gossip within family? Sorry this is off topic to "church and gossip" but there are those who have more contact with family/and/or non-believers rather than church family. Somehow, I think we justify that we are entitled to know information about family... as a need to know, right to know.

If Jesus were here, what would he be doing? ~ Doing the same thing He did when He first was here: Serving all, loving the unlovable, forgiving...

Why aren’t we doing the same? ~ I fear rejection, not being a good enough Christ-like example. Confession: I get into a routine of unproductive comfort AKA "laziness"!
