In Colorado, former felons can vote. They could also own firearms. Colorado took pride in "all rights restored" when someone finished a felony sentence.
Less than 20 years ago our legislature opted to make certain types of felonies unrestorable for firearms. Generally crimes of violence that involved a gun; then it became domestic violence; and now it is swiss cheese with older former felons with grandfathered immunity. Not all felons are banned from firearm possession. An impossible mess for law enforcement.

Now let's think about the right to vote - in Colorado specifically. The legislature has spent at least six years focused on who can vote. In Texas and Florida, some of the first people to lose voting rights were former convicts. An easy piece of legislation, coupled with lesser known laws concerning other minority factions.

Colorado will eventually ban all firearms and voting. Use 'em while you got 'em. The End is Nigh.

Touring in the DARK. Nov 15 at 5pm is night time.
I'd like to donate to help restore these artworks. Kestral's Way has been my favorite for years, always showing it to visitors. The 'faces in the trees' have a long history and I'd like to see that go on.
I'd like to see them again IN DAY LIGHT, rather than have to ask LEU to bring a lighting truck

The FAA will investigate what? There needs to be a craft involved. The skydiver left the craft that he was a passenger in. Not much to investigate unless there are suspicions that he left the plane involuntarily. So that must be the question: is Mile-Hi throwing people out the open door against their will?

It's hardly just sales that is disaffected by techno geekiness. Recently I received an email attachment in response to a job listing. Rather than a resume or a link to one, it was a link to a snazzy web presentation showing graphs about how this person spends their time (or would like to). Less than 10% was allotted for earning a living, while the other 90% was dedicated to fishing, hikes with dogs, cycling, diddling with technology for personal pleasure and other non-work related pursuits. I'd have to assume it was truthful and prompted the expected response. I can't hire someone who only wants to work 10% of the time - thanks to the snazzy chart.
That was the exceptional response, with many more examples of what not to tell a future employer.

By all means - USE THE PHONE! All of our job listing express the need to call. A very small percentage do. Mostly we receive blanket resumes for specific work requirements. Besides not being able to use the phone, many of these 'deal makers' fail in the reading department.

In April I complained to the city that the West Side lighting posts were not lit because they'd been busted off by an errant driver and left unrepaired. Even though the internally lighted posts were not lit, there is a spot light on the traffic signal cross arm aimed at this stone monolith, which makes it hard to miss. And here we see how it was not 'missed'.

A swing and a foul tip down the 3rd base line. POW!

not to worry
Boulder will not permit this. Envision a tax on sucrose footprint. Trace the cocoa beans back to point of growth origin. Short term success followed by over regulation death or relocation.
