to simplify the procedure and process, epf can make it automatic for the next of kin to claim the benefit if there is no specific beneficiaries are nominated. how does one treat a bank account when the account holder has passed away or made incapicitated if there is no specific beneficiaries are nominated? the laws in malaysia must be made compatible as such.

In explaining Abdul Hadi’s article, Nasrudin said that PAS stresses on the importance and necessity for Malay-Muslims to be the core of the country’s political system and administration structure based on Islamic political jurisprudence.
can this dumbwit explain what pas meant, the importance and necessity for malay muslims to be core of the political system and administration structure? the catch word here are 'core of the political system' which means all ministers and ministries are to be occupied by malay muslims, and 'administration structure' means all department head must also be headed by malay muslims.if this blonker doesn't understand english, he should shut his trap instead of confusing the public even more with such silly spin.

in most developed countries, the next of kin will automatically inherit the monies left behind if the account holder has not specificaly nominate someone else other than the next of kin, that is, the spouse, children or cousins in that sequence. this would save alot of misery and headache with the lawyers/authorities.

what has religion to do with the running of the state? if the present government is not doing a good job for the country and people, then they should be voted out. you can replace religion with the running of a state/nation. in most developed western countries there is a strict separation of power between the state and church. you don't find such messes like what are happening in most muslim countries, including malaysia.
