Maybe he is a horrible person, but bottom line is he got shot 4 times and reacted like a lot of people would have. Just because this guy might be a sociopath and total asshole doesn't mean he is guilty of murder.

As a former student of CU, it seems to me that most (not all) of the kids there are only in college because their parents sent them there. Most students seem to be there to get drunk every weekend and get a degree in order to receive their trust fund. The average CU student does not really seem interested in getting an education.
