I see the negative side effects of caffine as more than the benefits. It knocks the kidneys off line for 5 hours. Kidneys filter out lactic and uric acids from the blood. Recovery is better and muscle endurance is better off caffine.

I have had real calls that could almost mirror that exactly except for the shorts ofcourse! Once had a lady think I was mad at her because I didnt wave at her in the parking lot. She wouldnt talk to me for several days.

I see a lot of people and a lot of organizations with great dreams but they never take that step of action to get there.

Lisa I feel for you, I have walked in that path and its very hard. I'll definitely be praying for you. I know some of the things that challenged me were things that I had been taught that did not necessarily line up with the Bible.

I'm not always sure we can explain why things are the way they are. I wish I had simple pat answers for these things.

I think one of the most important things in our walk with God is a loving community where we can wrestle with real problems and questions. Sabbath is indeed a day of joy when we can gather with a supportive community and just unload all our junk.

We don't hurt God by offering up our questions about Him or who He is, but sometimes churches make it seem like one lacks faith if they question. Sometimes the religious community we are in hurts us more than helps us due to expectations and wrong theology My thoughts always go back to Job. His buddies offered up all kinds of answers for his problems all of which were wrong.

Hannah, Samuel's mother suffered from wrong theology saying God was punishing her by not giving her children. Even the disciples had a bad theology asking Jesus who had sinned the blind man or his parents.

Of all things we as Christians profess Love should be what we are known for. Love of God and love of our fellow human beings. If we are not loving like the Bible calls us to love maybe we need to check and see if we have the Jesus we claim to have. John says we can have assurance of our salvation by looking at how we love.

I 'think we grew up in the same city! on the Knights of the round table bring back memories!
