If I'm not mistaken Lucian from Underworld now plays a vampire in New Moon...I can't imagine what he must actually be thinking going from something mostly legit to this. As a fan of the Underworld movies there is no comparison when it comes to actual supernatural portrayal, acting, and action. Times must be hard. The phasing for Jacob as he explodes is cool, I guess, but the CGI looks awful! Is it just me or was it better in the Golden Compass? It doesn't seem realistic at all. It could just be that I'm expecting more "adult" from a tween movie. At least Taylor seems to be taking his acting seriously. K-Stew still cannot act to save her life.
I didn't really notice it either. In hindsight it seems obvious but I was more caught up in what was actually happening, at the time, to notice. Agree about the animals too.
I would assume that it is the elder Weasley brother's wedding to Fleur that they are legging it from.
I really hope they give Dollhouse another season and up the marketing b/c I don't think enough people know about it. I've heard people say that they've never heard of it and thought that Terminator had already been canceled b/c of the whole Friday night switch. The numbers are crap and the scheduling is crap. I catch both shows on Hulu b/c I'm never around Friday nights. Talk about lame timing. Both shows have shown promising development recently and I, for one, would like to see more.
Oh, I agree. I just mean that they deserve each other (FOX and the mindless) but that I regret what it means for the rest of us.
You are not wrong b/c this is indeed EPIC! I can"t wait for this movie and I will most def be there opening night :D
I really hope they don't cancel SCC...it has actually been picking up and this past episode hinted at taking it in a different direction. I don't understand why they moved it to Friday along with Dollhouse (another awesome show). As for Thomas, I think he could play that part well.
No, X-Men is not some kiddie high school drama but sadly I think that is exactly the demographic that Fox is aiming at. Which makes sense, if you think about it, because it would be smart to bring in a younger crowd and hope that you develop a following. And considering the way most kids that age are (and what they tend to follow) they probably aren't that far off base, which doesn't bode well for the rest of us (who actually read and expect more than what some people settle for).
Definitely on my must see list!
Two of my fave actors and I thought the trailer was pretty funny so...count me in ;)
