How can we penetrate Honey Moon Field? That's the question we ask each other every day at work -- how do you persuade and win back lost souls from the abyss of illogical thought?

The long-term solution is to start with the hearts and minds of children, like the liberals began to do in the 60's, leading up to now. The state should not be in the business of running education - encourage it, yes, run it, no. There needs to be a CLEAR SEPARATION OF EDUCATION AND STATE, perhaps amendments to State Constitutions or the US Constitution.

Great video. Finally a method to spread ideas that can compete for the new 'me' generation's attention.

I think you misread my email. I only want signs in English - that's the point. The Fairness Doctrine comment is a sarcastic dig at dems for not being consistant in applying that misguided philosophy to all aspects of life instead of picking and choosing what 'fairness' means. I lived in Germany for a year, speak fluent German, and travel overseas extensively for work. Unless someone leaves the country and returns, I don't think they grasp or fully appreciate the contrast of freedom vs non-freedom.

Michigan doesn't need signs in Spanish at stores like Home Depot. I get really irritated when I see them and vent by emailing the company and explaining that they are losing customers if they don't change to English the next time they make signs. The Fairness Doctrine should apply and force these companies to put subtitles in all major languages as well.

It seems that the media and dems want to twist people's minds to their way by 'working' the english language some more, like the Wetland = Swamp; Pro Choice = Abortion; Stimulus = Pork; Rain Forest = Jungle, and now it's pronouncing the latest Supreme Court nominee's name.

Please stop giving in to their language twist. It's not SOTO-MY-YOURE. A real American pronounces the name like the Mayor of a city. It's SOTO-MAYOR with a good mid-west or southern twang to the MAYOR part.

We, the sheeple...

Next President: OBAMA-lama-ding-dong, OF COURSE!! Short reason is: NO PAIN NO GAIN. People don't seem to remember anything unless they are slapped down hard. It has to be pain and ruin on the order of the first depression - otherwise the sheeple might still think, "Hey, maybe we could do a few of these things. Maybe they might work. Let's give it a try. Just a little more money and it should work..." Unfortunatelly, not until most liberals suffer hard will it sink in that these policies are wrong. I'm willing to sacrifice their short-term happiness for my long-term happiness.

Michigan Governor: Another DEMOCRAT. Jenny Granholm has filched her responsibilities for 8 years, shuffling the chairs on the deck and playing the accounting shell game just long enough to get by. There are no more options for Michigan and a Republican will just be brutalized by the media and dems. Not until the population in Detroit can truely say, yes, the Democratic programs really suck, can we have a chance to change minds and hearts of the sheeple over to reason and independent thinking (and I'm not being racist, just honest).

My observation is that well-known national polls tend to be very close to actual numbers. Don't want to believe it is so, hope it is not so, but more often than not, it is so. The sentiment I run into is simply that Obama is 'not Bush', Obama's great society is the correct way to go, and all Democartics are good. There is no logic, facts, reasoning, or reaching out that can change a mind made up that way. Hearing this sentiment is as disheartening as a reporter interviewing a local teenager at the scene of a crime on TV. Often the public-schooled teenager is barely able to speak english, and you can only shake your head in despair about another lost mind/soul that is not likely to be pulled from the abyss -- just going to be another vote on the wrong side of reality.

Mark Scott, reluctantly, and George Washington, assuredly, both realized that the pillar of religion could not be kicked out from under the foundation of a moral and free system of government.
Thousands of years of history and dozens of governmental systems being eroded away from once solid, to chaotic, mushy messes of morality, have proven that man has not yet achieved the nirvana of an enduring way to collectively deal with each other.
Ayn Rand was brilliant in coming up with an objective way to create an enduring man-based system of ethics. Her clear thought creates a way to methodically test a philosophy against its own principles, and to point out the hypocrisy in each system of thought. But until everyone, and I mean 90% of the population, has reached a level of philosophical understanding about what man's goal as a human race is, then the minimum crutch of an enduring, love based set of ethics has to be kept in place that helps keep emotions and tendencies for destruction in check. Thank God for America.
