When have you previously seen a 'comedian' threaten that if a VP candidate entered Manhattan (I believe), she'd have the 'brother's' rape them?

When have you previously seen 'artwork' of a VP candidate being violently punched in the face (a female, no less, by the fist of a man) and designating her an M.I.L.P.?
