Which is why it is such a good movie. The reactions of peopel are not usually optimal and for me that last part is final piece that makes it strong.
Well, Science cannot prove anything to be true. It can only prove something false. When every chance to prove something false fails we assume it true....until someone comes up with some way to attempt top falsify it. All scientific fact needs to be premised with As far as we know...or as far as our current understanding...
One of the issues is that the NJ Govenor C AN do the things he is doing. NJ has opne of teh most powerful govenorships od all the 50 states. Many other Govenors would like to do some of tthese things but do not have the power.
I will say that if forced inflation will knock the Chinese down a notch or two I would put up with it. Theat guy is right. It is an attack on them.
I hope every Chinese (government owned) company crumbles. They are the enemy and the greatest threat to us other than our own government as manned.
I can get behind that. One of teh problems is too many different turfs and the penchant for all Burocracies to follow Jerry Pournells Iron Law: "in any bureaucratic organization there will be two kinds of people: those who work to further the actual goals of the organization, and those who work for the organization itself. "
The close the border type of person is not anti-immigrant. they are for making sure we let people into this country that can add to its prosperity and not become a drain on it. we are so wealthy as a nation that if we opened our borders totally we would be poor in about 5-10 years. By this I mean sustenance poverty.
The reason for this law is that an Appeals Court said it scould not protect her from this so Congress is attemting to give that power to the Court. The UK then sues that person in US Court to enforce the judgement. Now its not about speech its about enforcing a sovereigns judgement.
Pixar tells wonderful stories that never loose their charm. I like how they mix in adult stuff into the story so that mom and dad have as much fun as the kids. Its like classic, timeless Disney animation from the early days.
I have enjoyed each of these movies and will see it as soon as I can. :)
