Ok, I agree the dog needed to stop.... But I can not believe what you said about "the owners of the pit bull are probably a druggie, welfare family with no assets". What the F@#$ is that supposed to mean? I have an american bull dog and I have a pitbull, the pit bull is an awesome dog and he even runs from a poodle when it comes over. 9 times out of ten, it is the owner and to also comment, It is very surprising how many people can not even tell the difference between a pit and an american bulldog. Granted I did not see this dog, but so many people blame pits (which are usually good with people) instead of american bulldogs (which are not), but again, I have never had a problem with either one and I believe the owner is usually the majority of the problem.
AFTER ALL THAT, I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS MY FIRST SENTENCE..........
I AM NOT ON WELFARE, I AM NOT A DRUGGIE (AND NEVER EVEN TRIED ANYTHING) and I have these dogs, so before you go judging people by their dogs, grow up and learn a few things. Your assumptions and LACK of knowledge is the problem with a lot of problems we all face. Enough said.
This article implies that Wells Fagro tested it, but isnt going to charge the fee. Unless I am incorrect in reading it, they are full of it.... I used the in store ATM on the 15th of Oct and the ATM made me print a receipt that Specified the new perm fee started on Oct 14, 2011 for $3 per month if you use the debit card. After that, I spoke to our bank teller and asked when the fee runs (i.e. 1st of month to 1st of month) and she said yes it will be charged after the month in use at the beginning of the month. I then asked for curiousity will the first month be pro-rated because of a half a month and she said no, it will be the full $3.
It is quite interesting that you will hold 650,000 employees and the Postal Service responsible for one little troll of a man at the west side post office. I will agree that email can be easier, but good luck getting UPS or FedEx to deliver a letter across the country for 44 cents. What do you think will happen when 650,000 employees are out of work? You would think that maybe they should correct the attitudes of some of their employees rather than fail? Being an employee for the Postal Service and having the opportunity to relocate and serving a few different offices, I can say I have had the chance to see the good and the bad. I can also say without a doubt that there are mostly good people out there and I can also say that the employee isn't always the problem. Until you can say you are educated with Postal policies and more familiar with more than one or two offices, I believe your comments to be unjustified. Granted this may not apply to you, but I know several people that use the internet for almost the sole purpose of paying their bills online, is is really cheaper paying for the hi-speed internet for this purpose alone?
If you do not need to register in California, then where are these statistics coming from?? I have never used it and probably never will, but to withhold it from some one that can benefit from it??? Give me a break. I would trust someone out in public or even driving with cannabis than I ever would alcohol, and alcohol is legal? What about any other prescription (Vicodin, Percocet, etc)? Why should those be prescribed or legal and not any other medicine???
