I don't think the Snyder County Commissioners (Richard Bickhart included) went through the process of hiring an EMA director, just so they could "waste money" and cut the position as you seem to suggest. You should be blaming our Governor/State Legislature for this situation instead of the Commissioners. It's not Snyder County's fault that Harrisburg fails to pass a budget in a reasonable amount of time.

Furthermore, it's become quite clear that you have a vendetta against certain people/departments in the Snyder County government. Let the Commissioners- who have more information than you do- make these decisions. While I don't live there, I think they are making the right choices for the county.
